Free and tracked on every order. Pieces leave within 2 to 3 business days.
Handling time
The Compass Rose and The Moon Tide leave within 2 business days of your order. The Astrolabe is assembled and checked by hand before it goes out and leaves within 3 business days. We ship Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays. You get an email with the tracking number the moment the label is scanned.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum, no handling fee and no surcharge for the walnut box. The price on the product page is the price delivered.
Delivery time in the United States
Tracked service, 3 to 6 business days after dispatch for most addresses. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take 7 to 10 business days. We deliver to street addresses, PO boxes and military and diplomatic post addresses.
Delivery time elsewhere
Canada and the United Kingdom, 6 to 10 business days. The European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and the Gulf states, 8 to 14 business days. Everywhere else we deliver to, 10 to 20 business days. All by tracked mail.
Duties and taxes outside the United States
Prices are in US dollars and do not include import duties or taxes charged by your country. If your customs office charges something on the parcel, the carrier collects it from you at delivery. We cannot mark a parcel as a gift or lower its declared value.
Packaging
A medallion ships in its pouch, case or box, inside a rigid mailer or a carton with corner protection, never a plain envelope. The walnut box of The Astrolabe is double boxed. If anything arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and we replace it at our cost.
Wrong or incomplete address
Check the address on your confirmation email. If something is wrong, write to us the same day and we correct it before the label is printed. A parcel returned to us because of an address error is reshipped once, free of charge.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days in the United States, or 15 business days abroad, email us and we open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
Tracking
The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find it, look the order up on the Track Your Order page with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
